Ryan's car -- Police Report 271 -- No Luminol reaction (5th paragraph), that would be consistent with a blood reaction was discovered.  There was never any evidence found in Ryan's car - not one drop of blood that would've come from this horrific crime.
   
#12 Tire tool found in Ryan's trunk as per Captain Martin (CPD), had NO connection to Heitholt homicide.  --- Missourian newspaper article April 21, 2004,  "Police Search Slaying Suspects Car" by Graham Wood, 5th paragraph
   
#13 Dallas Mallory, the only person who can corroborate any part of Chuck's story, has provided a sworn affidavit dated 12/01/04, that he told the police on 3/10/04 that he never saw Chuck Erickson or Ryan Ferguson downtown at any time either near the Break Time at Ash and Providence (which Chuck says in his first statement) or as per Chuck's revised story created 10/01/2004, on Locust and Providence October 31, or November 1, 2001.  Police Report 332 is Chuck's revised 10/01/04 statement.  Further to his affidavit, Dallas Mallory states that he did not have a valid driver's license and he had sold his car prior to 11/01/01.
   
#14 No DNA, fingerprints or any other physical evidence was found at the murder scene connecting Ryan and/or Chuck Erickson to the scene as per Kevin Crane, Prosecuting Attorney during the trial, 10/17/05.
   
#15 Ryan has maintained his innocence since his arrest and even after his conviction.
