| I just finished watching the rerun of the 48 hours
story. I record and watch all of the 48 hours episodes
and I have never been affected enough to post a comment
on a website...however, this story blew me away. What a
frieghtening miscarriage of justice. The police and
prosecutor need to be ashamed and the jury just needs
to be embarrassed. I am so sorry that this has happened
to you and hope that you will be vindicated soon. I
will be praying that you will soon be granted the
freedom that should never have been taken from you. God
Bless! |

| Hello, I just saw the re-run of the 48 Hours story on
this case...I will admit I am always convinced of the
defendants guilt in the 48 Hours stories; however this
time I am certainly NOT. That jury was ridiculous. I am
praying for the Ferguson family. I do hope Ryan is set
free. |

To Ryan and the Ferguson Family:
I saw the 48 Hours
episode the other night. I CANNOT believe that by the
lack of evidence in this case, they actually found Ryan
guilty! As I sat and watched the trial go on, my heart
ached because the facts just don't add up! It was
so clear that Chuck was lying about the whole thing and
to put an innocent man in prison for crimes he clearly
didn't commit, well I don't know how the jury
sleeps at night!
I am about the same age as Ryan
and know what it's like to be sitting in that
defendant chair not knowing how things will end up. I
feel for him, really I do! I was attacked by my
neighbor and tried to press charges and I was given the
run around. She pressed charges on me and my boyfriend
who wasnt even present at the time but yet both of us
were arrested and tried in court. I don't believe
in the U.S. Judicial system and I don't believe
that innocent people continue to get arrested based on
accusations and not facts! My heart and prayers are
with your family. FREE RYAN FERGUSON! |

I am posting one of my many comments regarding Ryan. I
am so ready for Aug 5th and for the Ferguson's I
just so hope and pray your nightmare will finally end.
What happened to him has shaken my faith in our
judicial system FOREVER.
Ryan: so many people care
about you and believe in you. Chuck, I hope you get
the help you need, but when you had this dream, I
realize you cannnot help being mentally ill, but I do
so wish you had left Ryan out of it. You are the only
one that was involved in getting Ryan convicted that I
am not angry with, because I know what you did was due
to your being mantally ill, although again, I wish you
had not involved Ryan and took these years away from
him.
I will always wonder if you really
believe you committed this crime, or somewhere deep
down, you know you didn't.
I just want Ryan
home. I honestly think I can say without exaggeration
that I want him home as much as I would if it were my
own child. What they did to you is just so wrong and
cruel, and they did it with little thought as to what
they were doing to your future. I will believe until
the day I die that Kevin Crane knows you are innocent
of this crime, just too arrogant to admit it. If he
can sleep with that, so be it, but the public will
stand behind you and we care.
I am so proud that
you have the love and support of your family. Although
I may never get the pleasure of personally meeting
them, I will always feel that they are special people
with extreme endurance. They have had nothing but
stumbling blocks and downright refusal from the powers
that be there in Columbia to even try to search for the
truth. I have never given up on you and I never will.
Until you walk out of that prison a free man, I will
never stop, that is my promise to you, your family, and
myself. It is easy to see something like this happen
and think "oh well" it's tragic, and wrong,
but what can I do? I would NEVER ever want to see what
happened to you happen to anyone but taking the
attitude of doing nothing I hope will make people stand
up and realize if this kind of injustice can happen to
Ryan, it could happen to anyone. Ourselves, our kids,
anyone. Aug 5th is approaching fast, please to the
public do not give up, keep figting for right and
justice. Please.
Thank You

Just watched the 48 hour episode and the response the
Jury gave for finding Ryan guilty was
Laughable!
This trial is as blatant and stupid
as the OJ Simpson case! |

| I've seen this case on TV. Didn't believe Ryan

win the appeal!!!! |

| Where is the blood splatered clothing and crowbar used
in the murder. Surley Mr Erickson would know. Unless he
is lying about the whole thing. |

| Ryan, I am so sorry you and your family have been
victimized. I watched 48 hours and I have no idea how
you could have been convicted. It is scary to me that
something like this can happen in this day and age. I
pray for you and your family that you will be released
and the real killer will be brought to justice. All the
people involved in convicting you should be ashamed of
themselves!!! Stay strong you and your family our in
our thoughts. |

| I hope Ryan will be freed soon. It is obvious he been
convicted of a crime he did not commit. Everytime I see
the episode of 48 Hours it makes me sick to my stomach
to see him found guilty. Hopefully someone will finally
realize that an innocent man is behind bars!! Please
free him!!!! |

| I hope Ryan is finally freed and home with his family.
I just watched the 48 hours segment on his trial and am
quite shocked that he was found guilty. Best of luck
to you! |
