To whom it may concern.
Yes Ryan was in the By George Night Club and he was drinking.
Erickson stated in court they had 2-3 drinks.
This is part of the court record and known by anyone that cares to read the court transcript located on the front page of this web site.
For the record, Erickson stated in court that the only drinking that took place after 10:30pm was 2-3 drinks. I am sure drinks at a college nightclub are not of the full pour but watered down. Never the less this is the testimony.
Taking time to read the Trial Transcript can answer a lot of question.

Here"s what she said on her blog when she did this last year:
Because we have been bombarded with spam posts--mostly during the wee hours--I am adding a filter on my guestbook to stop this. I hate to see porn, sales pitches, and gobbledy-gook on here and I guess we all do. This new filter will mean a short delay in seeing your posts go up, but I think it"s worth it! Ann

True Crime writer Ann Rule had a constant problem with spam on her blog Mr. Ferguson. To defeat the spammers she instituted delayed posting on her forum. Those who want to post enter their posts but instead of appearing automatically on the forum it is vetted by a moderator who decides what posts get onto the forum. I suggest you consider that if you want to defeat this childish nonsense.

A new YouTube video should be on the FreeRyanFerguson website sometime early next week. This video will compare and contrast Detective Short"s interrogation techniques with what he said in his deposition in June "05. There appears to be a discrepancy between how he says an interrogation should be conducted and what actually happened when he interrogated Erickson on the day of his arrest. It seems Detective Short failed to follow his own rules and beliefs about the way an interrogation should be conducted. Stay tuned!

Chuckies testimony was "ALL" a fabrication, each part of it. First, meeting Mallory at the light, a lie according to Mallory and Chuckie was incorrect about the flashing light. If they had actually killed Kent they would have had Kent"s blood on each other and the dogs would"ve tracked them to the river, but the dogs didn"t, so Chuckie tells another lie. And the none action of the dogs testifies that it was a lie on Chuckies part. It just goes on and on. As a former police officer I am truely embarrassed at how this judicial system has let this sham continue just for the sake of not having to face-up to such a monumental injustice.

Now i can understand this thing about 2 kids running away from a murder because of their age(under age drinking)...i"m aussie
Focus should be set on the last minutes of Kents" life.
Was Mr Boyds" house searched for blood by the police?
the reaction of the two witnesses gets to me!
so if 2 kids would freak wouldn"t they run straight away?
would they walk away calmly or speak back?

the 2 people were the murderers i think, due to the fact that there is only one trail of blood for the pollice dogs to follow(..i know investigation started in alley way) and if it was that bloody, there would be more evidence of it. well if apparently 2 kids can stumble across a crime seen and have their footprints traced back to their dorms, but the killers prints dissappear?
i still insist that from the description of 1 witness, the 2 people seen fleeing were the 2 killers,
2 boys who probably didn"t like Kent-
did kent teach at any school?
i think its 2 students of his.they also must have known where he lived to want to have taken his keys.no wallet, but watch? which i think some one envied!

So a sports writer gets attacked by 2, 6ft unidentified people!
they gotta be smart to attack a big guy with a blunt object, then quietly strangle him with his own belt,to leave no evidence,in less than 20 minutes!
i think the killers knew him, their hair is left on the victims nails.
It sounds to me that the only way that this happens, is in a struggle,
therefore if the scent of the hair doesnt match ryans or dimwit erickson,
then they should be set free.i"m sure that kents" collegues can shove hair into their nails and by the end of their shift, there would be nothing under their nails. therefore the hair that was found, is the killers

look i dont know what i just wrote, its late and i"m just trying to give a few ideas to the case that should have many flaws,it"s been on mind for a while now..
thanks for replying jackie...seb

Okay Richard, I see what you"re saying. Sometimes it"s difficult to pick up the nuances in a flat medium.
