I worked for 10 years plain clothes on the lower eastside of Manhattan. 1970 thur 1980 Observing street crimes as they occured. I"ll tell you what ever you want to know about the process from the arrest to the prosecution. I"ve arrested people for everythng, from riot (Bella Abzug) to homicide happening right in from of me!
