Take a minute and listen to the 911 call and see if Jerry Trump got a good look at the suspects

He is getting the description from someone in the background of the two people behind the car, he didn't see them very well if at all. He keeps saying he needs to get her calmed down, and she can give a report to the police as if he saw nothing.

refresh my memory, before Jerry couldn't identify and then in court he could indentify! Well according to his 911 call he admits he can't because he needs to "get her to calm down" and "she can give the police a report"

After one listens to the 911 tape it appears that Jerry Trump was not able to idenity anyone but in the trial he could now remember - some 48 months later.
Rather odd!
He had just completed a five year term in prison for child endangerment with sexual contact.
He had worked in the church. This is where he would find his victims.

And let us also not forget that the police did not consider Trump to be a reliable witness in the weeks and months following the crime. Ornt was considered the "sole witness" by the police. She was the one who looked into the eyes of one of the boys she saw at the scene the night of the murder. She is the one who was able to give a detailed description. She is the one the police used to help get the details for the composite drawing. Jerry Trump was discounted by police because he couldn't give them any helpful or useful information.

Then years later it was Jerry Trump who took the stand to point a finger at Ryan. Something is very suspicious about this. Ornt (the sole witness) also took the stand but did not point a finger at Ryan. That is VERY telling and I think holds the key to some of the deception associated with this case!

The more I read, the clearer it becomes that Crane wasn't the only one telling lies in court!

Did anyone ever check the DNA results from the FBI crime lab against the DNA of good old Jerry here? Certainly they must have done that? The man has a record, had been in prison before the murder, and I think 48 hours said he went to jail again shortly after the crime.
